InterLink is a multi-service agency for educational and workforce grants in the DFW area acting as grant convener, consultant, advocate, and bringing other opportunities that fund the development of new programs of study, curriculum development, student and teacher internships, and many other assets, resulting in the improvement of the quality of a quality education.

Texas Regional Pathways Network

InterLink is the Intermediary of the North Central Texas Aerial Robotics STEM Initiative (NCTX), formed to create an innovative new career pathway to meet the demand for Licensed Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (sUAS) or “Drone” operators. Through advisement from a vast number of industry partners, ten NCTX districts, ranging in enrollment from 187 students to more than 83,000 students, established their own sUAS program, aligned directly with local industry, to integrate aerial robotics into ten high-wage, high-demand career pathways.

WIRED Electrician, and WIRED Electrical Engineering Technician:

Bringing The Magic of Wired

InterLink is the Intermediary for two grants that include the school districts of DeSoto, Duncanville, Forney, and Lancaster, and share industry partners from Independent Electrical Contractors and Texas Instruments who represent the two high-demand occupations of Electricians and Electrical Engineering Technician. The WIRED Grants will result in students graduating with dual credit from Dallas College with the goal of receiving an Electrical Apprenticeship Certification or an Electrical Engineering Technician Certification.

Engineering Academy Business Advisory Development

Farmersville Independent School District

Farmersville ISD Engineering Academy

A small rural school district with big ambitions, Farmersville ISD, which offers K-12 STEM Academics, has been awarded over $6 ml in grants with which they constructed a state-of-the-art Engineering Academy. InterLink provided business development services to recruit an advisory committee that would evaluate and suggest industry-specific equipment and materials, give industry tours, and act as mentors. We also partnered with Tech Titans to conduct live discussions between high school and middle school students with engineering practitioners.
